A Points-Based
Biological Stress
Scoring System

The Rustamova Longevity Index™ evaluates 14 clinically validated biomarkers across 5 biological systems. Each marker receives a score from -2 (optimal) to +4 (high stress). The total stress score converts into a precise biological age — revealing how old your biology actually performs.

Biomarkers Scored
01

Strategic Biomarker Selection

Every marker was chosen for its direct, evidence-based link to biological aging velocity — inflammation, metabolism, thyroid, fatty acids, iron, and hormones.

02

Points-Based Scoring (-2 to +4)

Each biomarker is scored against optimal clinical ranges. Optimal markers earn negative points (age-supportive). Imbalanced markers earn positive points (biological stress).

03

Biological Age Conversion

Total stress score is multiplied by 0.6 to produce an age adjustment. Add that to your chronological age — that is your estimated biological age.

Immune & Systemic Stress

Chronic low-grade inflammation is the primary accelerator of biological aging. These three markers capture the inflammatory burden your body carries — from vascular risk to methylation stress.

Glucose & Insulin Control

Metabolic dysregulation accelerates aging at the cellular level long before symptoms appear. This domain captures insulin sensitivity, glucose stability, and glycation stress — the engine of biological age.

Cellular Building Blocks

Nutrient status and membrane composition determine cellular resilience. Vitamin D governs immune and bone signaling, while omega fatty acid balance shapes inflammation and cardiovascular flexibility.

The Methodology

How the Index is
Calculated

A precise, reproducible points-based methodology — not guesswork. Every biomarker is clinically scored and converted into a biological age you can act on.

01

Enter Your 14 Biomarkers

Input your lab values for inflammation, metabolic, nutrient, thyroid, and iron/hormone markers. Sex is required for ferritin and DHEA-S scoring.

02

Points-Based Scoring

Each of the 14 biomarkers is scored from -2 (optimal/age-supportive) to +4 (high biological stress) based on clinical reference ranges.

03

Total Stress Score & Adjustment

All 14 marker scores are summed into a Total Biological Stress Score. Multiply by 0.6 to get your Biological Age Adjustment.

04

Biological Age & Category

Add the adjustment to your chronological age for your estimated biological age. The age gap determines your result category — Younger, Aligned, Mildly Accelerated, or Accelerated.
